We have built an online Policy Service Center to assist our customers by allowing customers to change policy information, report claims or make a payment with your carrier. Carriage Insurance Agency is proud to work with many carriers which allow you to manage and update your existing policy information, as well as file claims, online any time.
Online Billing & Payment Options
You can make fast, online payments with most of our insurance carriers. You can pay your premiums by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or by credit or debit card.

You can request a change to your current policy. No coverage or premium adjustment is bound until you receive confirmation from our office.
You can request an auto policy ID card as well as make other changes to your policy. Your ID card is your proof of insurance and has details about what to do in the event of an accident.
